Its not short activation, so you can't use it to follow BA or keen on spike.

Frenzy still has its purpose. Anyone who plays assasin could tell you that.. :P
Non-elite most useless skill:
Signet of Disenchantment - Seriously.. Drain Enchantment not only removes an enchantment but it actually gives you energy and life at 0 points in Inspiration Magic. Signet of Disenchantment might be a signet and not use energy, which is a good thing because you're going to need all the energy you can get after it removes all your energy. I've only seen this used once and that was on the Holy Wraith / Signet of Judgement build and I think that's about the only build that actually uses it well.
Non-elite most useless skill:
Second Wind - Who uses this anyway? What better way to cheat exhaustion than by bringing an elite which gives you MORE exhaustion. If they removed the fact that it caused exhaustion it'd still be bad, and that says a lot.

Just about every warrior attack speed increase stance with the exception of Flail.
Berserker Stance
Burst of Aggression
Tiger Stance
Flurry
Frenzy
Primal Rage and Soldiers Stance have no reason to be Elite skills (not that I'd use Primal Rage even if it was non-elite)
Man I was pissed when Critical Agility and Rapid Fire became unusable for Warriors. Now I'm just using Never Rampage Alone or even Tiger's Fury because even as Secondary they're better than the main Warrior stances.

Ok, now maybe you guys can illuminate something for me.
Power Shot - in what world is that useful, when both penetrating attack and sundering shot are: the same cost, same activation time, do more bonus damage , have 10% AP AND recharge 2 seconds faster?
I only ask as I'm obviously missing something...

Agree with most of the above, except Pious Renewal, seen plenty of those D/Mo healing tanks in the lower end of pvp and they're a ballache to take down thanks to that infinite energy chain skill...everything else /agree.
Still no-one can enlighten me to the power shot secret as per my last post?
(Sundering/Penetrating>Power shot in every way...)

soul twisting (is that the skill the makes binding rituals cast twice as fast?) kinda useless bonus for killing a spirit (sorry i forgot the other benefits).
xinrae's weapon, weapon of remedy- only useful if used by a henchmen and since you'd use them on something taking damage the effect is used straight away, would be nice if it had a duration?
mist form? (i dunno i guess i'd like to see something happen to it to make it more useful Vs SF)

I pretty much agree with Symeon, except Reaper's Mark. I've seen it with a few RA builds, and offers decent degen for a large amount of time. I think the most underpowered elite for necro is either Signet of Suffering or Plague signet. Plague sig is outclassed by plague sending, and sig. of suffering can't spike or offer decent damage for a 20r skill.

Aneurysm can do 60-300 damage to monks, dervish, elementalists, necromancers if timed right, and other mesmers in PvE. Use with Energy Surge, Arcane Echo, By Ural's Hammer, and Ether Nightmare.
Diversion? Meant for PvE (since that's where my first post was geared torwards).

I'd like to just go over Reaper's Mark.
It's in Soul Reaping, so when something dies you are going to get Energy back. So the energy on death part of Reaper's Mark is a pretty big overkill, you should never be needing that much energy back, Soul Reaping by itself does just fine.
So basically your elite is a -4 degen hex. Yay.
Although I do think there are more underpowered Necro Elites:
Plague Signet
Grenth's Balance
Soul Leech
Well of Power
Life Transfer
Virulence
Animate Flesh Golem
Ravenous Gaze
Signet of Suffering
And I'd be here all day if I went into detail about the Non Elites that need a buff.
